- Allmarks conceptualised Riverboat "Jubilee" and contracted Ocean Innovations, a leading marine engineering
company to design Riverboat "Jubilee" to NSW Waterway Survey Standards (AS 4132 pts I & II).
- Riverboat "Jubilee" is being constructed in Gosford, NSW by Mark McAllan trading as Allmarks. Launch date was November 2007.
- Allmarks will market and sell Riverboat "Jubilee" holiday week shares, which have been divided on a seasonal
basis (Summer, Winter, Spring & Autumn) with special weeks for the school holidays in each season.
Unsold shares will remain the property of Allmarks until sold.

The full sale value will be split among the share-owners in proportion to their share ownership
value.
- 4 maintenance weeks per year will be set aside for
maintenance and upkeep. However if Riverboat "Jubilee" is damaged and
un-seaworthy then immediate repairs will commence and
the share-owner whose week is cancelled will need to choose another week
from the 4 maintenance weeks as a replacement for their lost week.
- A yearly levy, which will allow Riverboat Pty Ltd to maintain Riverboat "Jubilee" in perfect condition, will be
charged to each shareowner regardless of share type.
The levy will allow for:
