* The remaining 4 weeks are set
aside as 'blessings' for families that cannot afford Riverboat ownership
or a holiday on a houseboat. The only requirement to use a 'blessing'
week is that a share-owner must be on the Riverboat "Jubilee" at all
times with their guests to protect the other share owners investment
from abuse and not to void the insurance cover on the "Jubilee".
Each share-owner has the right each year to put forward a family for this blessing.
The 4 owners that offer to take out 4 families that
cannot afford ownership will in effect gain a week on the boat for
themselves at no expense. It is hoped that the 4 owners would be
trustworthy in this blessing and not try to seek out an advantage for
themselves. First in first served will apply. Allmarks will give
preference to owners using the 'blessing' week for the first time, so
all can benefit from this concept. |
